How important is a mentally healthy workplace to employees?

A new TNS study has revealed that Australian workplaces are not meeting the mental health needs of their employees. Of those surveyed, 21% said they had taken time off in the last 12 months due to stress, anxiety or depression. By starting a Heads Up Action Plan, business leaders can manage risks, reduce stigma and provide support to those in need – and at the same time become a better leader.
