How a mentally healthy workplace attracts and retains staff

For business leaders, mental health needs to be a priority. A recent Instinct and Reason survey found that 71% of people consider the issue of a mentally healthy workplace important when deciding to accept a job. And for those who had previously left a job, 45% said it was a result of poor mental health conditions.
