We've got a wonderful opportunity to improve the quality of life of our clients and their communities, but it's also really important to focus on our own teams providing those services. Safety has long been the cornerstone of improving quality of life, but we realized that in addition to physical safety, it was important to also focus on mental health and well-being. Because, mental wellness is a critical element of quality of life.

So we've taken action - through a Sodexo initiative called "I Hear You", we've started the conversation. We've been open & transparent and removed that stigma that's often associated with the topic of mental health. We don't pretend to be experts in this area, but we have embedded professional preventative measures within our day-to-day business.
